All products are delivered digitally through a download link after successful payment.
Do you ship physical items?
No. Butler Digital sells digital products only.
When will I receive my files?
Most orders are available immediately after checkout. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
Can I get a refund?
Because digital files cannot be returned, refunds are generally not available after download. Exceptions apply for defective files or technical delivery issues.
What devices are supported?
Our planners and templates are compatible with supported note-taking applications and devices as described on each product page.
